The fonts are too small

No problem, use, next to the main navigation, left above the button "+" to enlarge the font. With "N" you can return to the normal font-size.

By the way your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox) supports this function innately. Press "Ctrl" and "+" or "Ctrl" and "-". To adjust the standard font-size press "Ctrl" and "0".

The text is bleared

If you have the impression the text is not really sharp then you certainly use the Internet Explorer 7 because clear type is activated there by default.

You can turn it off in: Extras --> Internetoptions --> Extended. Remove here under "Multimedia" the tick for "always use clear type for HTML".
